Every day, you'll add value to our business through:

• Process Return Authorizations in NetSuite
• Verify and correct SKU documentation and return details as necessary
• Work with the Warehouse team to evaluate and assess returned goods to ensure alignment between the actual return reason and the reason stated by the account/customer
• Complete National Account Disputes in accordance with account return policy
• Generate Return Authorizations from requests submitted by Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting teams
• Provide support for freight claims
• Provide support for the inspection and repair of returned items to optimize recovery, and categorize products into prime or sub-prime inventory
• Collect and analyze data on the reasons for returned goods, including tracking outstanding reports or units.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement (CI) meetings by offering feedback based on returned product assessments
• Collaborate with Technicians to update Quality Control Reports (V-Trust)
• Prepare monthly reports on trends related to returned goods, including reasons for returns such as "change of mind," freight damage, and aging reports of outstanding units
• Other duties as required

We're looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in product returns, ideally within a warehouse environment
• Is detail-oriented, organized and can solve issues efficiently
• Is proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Sheets; familiarity with NetSuite and CRM systems an asset
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others
• Can work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Is detail oriented and can identify trends
• Brings flexibility and multitasking skills to manage and deal with changing priorities
