Position Summary

TheLot Attendant for our Service Departmentis a self-motivated, punctual, and reliable individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative. The primary responsibility is to meet various deadlines for vehicle detailing and transportation, while remaining adaptable to changing circumstances.

Primary responsibilities

• At start of shift, ready and prepare equipment and wash materials for the day
• Wash and vacuum customer vehicles
• At end of day wash equipment should be stored and general clean- up of wash area should take place and garbage bin emptied

Secondary responsibilities

• Assist in placing plastic on seats and steering wheels of client cars, preparing them for service
• Assist in moving vehicles waiting for service to gravel area or suitable place for specialty vehicles
• Assist in retrieval of serviced client cars as requested by Service Writers
• Assist in movement/storage of tires
• Provide backup for Shuttle Services as required
• Assist in maintaining clean floors in Drive Thru area areas around Service Writers desks and general traffic areas should be clear of paper debris and traffic areas should be swept as time permits
• On occasion the Service Manager/Shop Forman may request additional services as time allows

Cultural Skills & Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Self-driven to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-orientated with conscientious work ethic

Technical Skills & Requirements

• Valid BC drivers license Class 5 required with a clean drivers abstract
• Experience with DLSR camera is an asset

Logistical Requirements

Dueck Auto Group is currently seeking a full-time lot attendant for our Service DepartmentatDueck Richmondlocation, this position is Monday to Friday 830am-500pm.
