CLINICAL & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT CLERK

(CASUAL PART TIME)

One (1) casual part time Clinical & Administrative Support Clerk position is available at the Louise Marshall Hospital site of North Wellington Health Care. This position reports to the Manager, Patient Care Services.

This position is unionized with OPSEU, Local 226.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Recent experience in administrative/secretarial in a healthcare environment
  • Diploma or certificate in admin/office/business or related discipline
  • Demonstrated advanced skill level in Word, Excel, and Power Point (a skill test will be part of the selection process)
  • Exceptional communication/public relations skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize effectively and work on multiple tasks; detail oriented; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; team player
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Acts as a back-up to PDH Clinical & Administrative Support Clerk

SALARY: $29.55 to $30.48 per hour

HOURS OF WORK:

  • As per departmental schedule, on an as needed basis.
