Our client, a fast-growingcommercial and industrial construction company dedicated to creating lasting projects, requires a new Controller to join its management team. As the new controller, you will report to the CEO, collaborate with operations, and support the administration team.

The Controller will oversee all things finance, including leading day-to-day accounting activities, such as managing cash flow, accounts payable, WIP, and progress payments, accounts receivable, payroll, and learning and supporting the ERP systems (Acumatica, Procore). The Controller will ensure that systems and procedures support effective program implementation and flawless audits. This role requires close collaboration with the leadership team to communicate KPIs and best practices for financial governance.

To qualify for this exciting growth opportunity, you will be a CPA or close to, combined with 7 plus years of accounting and finance experience serving in a construction or manufacturing environment. This position requires a solid understanding of financial compliance in the construction industry and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
