RECEPTIONIST/REFERRAL CLERK (TEMPORARY/OCCASSIONAL)

The Receptionist is responsible for providing professional and efficient front-desk services for Eagle Lake Health Center. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist will manage communications, assist visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Health Center.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to the correct staff
- Record and relay accurate messages in a timely
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for Health Center
- Sort, forward, and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails, facsimiles, and mail, to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain accurate records and data for health-related client
- Assist in preparing and booking the boardroom for meetings.
- Ensure all office equipment, such as photocopiers and printers, is operational and stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., paper, ink).
- Order and organize office supplies as needed to support Health Center
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 education or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Windows XP, Internet Explorer, and
- Strong organizational and communication
