Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language delays or disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech and language goals.
- Provide evidence-based therapy to enhance receptive/expressive language, articulation, phonology, and social-pragmatic skills.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and professionals to create a holistic support system.
- Use play-based, child-centered approaches to engage young learners.
- Monitor progress, adjust plans, and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
- Providing ongoing training, coaching, and support to parents, preschool teachers, and FB Education Services staff
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized university.
- Registration in good standing with ACSLPA.
- Experience in pediatric speech and language assessment and treatment.
- Ability to mentor therapy assistants and work collaboratively.
- Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and insurance with $2,000,000 liability.
- A willingness to travel between locations
- Willingness to travel to various childcare campuses.
- Valid Police check.
- Preferred, but not required: Familiarity with PUF contracts and experience within Alberta Education.

Work Environment Requirements:
