The Responsibilities of the Brand Representative:

  • Leveraging client-provided leads to build relationships with key decision-makers and provide exceptional brand consultation.
  • Promoting clients' brands during marketing campaigns, events, and sales presentations through face-to-face interactions or over the phone.
  • Identifying customer needs and preferences to recommend the best product or service solutions.
  • Acting as a primary contact for addressing potential customers' questions and concerns.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to enhance brand strategies and sales approaches.
  • Following internal processes to accurately track and log all activities within CRM platforms like Salesforce.com.
  • Giving your best effort daily to achieve exceptional performance and master your responsibilities.

As a Brand Representative, you'll be at the forefront of promoting our clients' services and elevating brand awareness through engaging and impactful interactions.


Brand Representative Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, customer acquisition, or marketing is preferred.
  • Educational background in marketing, communication, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and branding concepts.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and managing time effectively.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Willingness to travel to our office daily as required.
  • Willingness to meet with the clientele in-person outside of the office environment (we provide transport there and back).
