PositionThe purpose of this role is to collaborate closely with the CEO, translating company vision into actionable plans while managing the day-to-day operations and resources. This role is for an exceptional leader who has in depth experience driving revenue growth through building, engaging and elevating a winning team.
The purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth in recurring revenue across multiple programs while improving, strengthening and accelerating performance of our client service delivery and customer service programs.
Day to day constructs of the role include daily management of office employee metrics and key performance indicators to increase efficiency, effectiveness and execution to achieve desired results.
This role is required to participate in revenue production in addition to management and leadership responsibilities, which is why a passion for sales and marketing is essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Provide management to staff and leadership to the organization that aligns with the companys business plan and overall strategic vision.
- Assist executive/leadership team members in creating, growing and building a world class, industry leading organization.
- Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective, working closely with the leadership team members.
- Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability.
- Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.
- Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company.
- Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
- Work closely with the leadership team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitability and efficiencies within the company.
- Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the company including but not limited to professional staff, management level employees and executive leadership team members.
- Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- 2 years Management experience
- 2 years Sales experience
- Must have a track record of consistent year over year growth in a small to medium business capacity in which you were the primary leader setting the expectations, leading and following up on day-to-day execution and driving to completion.
- Must have exceptional ability to track and manage data and use it to drive performance improvements and business efficiencies to accelerate results.
- Detail-oriented (quality and precision focused)

- Familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM databases, Internet, Google Apps

- Has a vehicle with a valid drivers license and car insurance
