**Important Note: This position is located in Outlook, Saskatchewan. For individuals not local and traveling to the job site, a 2-hour travel allowance will be paid.** If you are available to start tomorrow morning, pay is now $20/HR with 2 hours of travel time extra paid out each day! We will also include a $150 sign on bonus if you work 2 weeks consecutive with no absences. Also, if you have a referral who can work with you, you will earn ANOTHER $150 bonus for each referral that works 2 weeks consecutive with no absences!
Job Description: We are looking for motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates to join a packaging team for an agricultural facility. As part of this role, you will work in the warehouse to assist with packaging carrots and cabbage, ensuring efficient and accurate packaging operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the packaging of agricultural products (carrots and cabbage) in a warehouse setting
• Ensure the proper handling and organization of packaged goods
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including wearing required PPE (boots and gloves)
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals
• Be flexible with start times and work efficiently to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• No prior experience required, but experience in warehouse or production environments is a plus
• Must be available for full-time hours and occasional overtime
• Ability to work the required shift (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
• Must wear required PPE (boots and gloves)
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Ability to lift and carry boxes/packages as needed
