Welcome to M3 Staffing! We are currently seeking experienced Insulation Workers for a roofing project. If you have experience with insulation and a strong background in skilled labour, we invite you to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Install insulation materials in roofing projects to ensure proper thermal protection.
• Unload tools and materials necessary for insulation work, ensuring all equipment is properly set up.
• Measure and cut insulation materials accurately to fit spaces.
• Seal insulated areas using appropriate materials like tape or mastic.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site, such as roofers, to ensure work efficiency and site safety.
• Adhere to all safety standards, especially when working in elevated areas or confined spaces.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and propose solutions when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring debris and materials are properly disposed of.
• Assist with general construction tasks as needed to support roofing and insulation efforts.

Qualifications & Must-Haves:

• Experience in installing insulation (preferably in roofing or construction).
• Solid understanding of construction and insulation processes.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong awareness of safety protocols, especially regarding insulation handling.
• Comfortable with lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 25 lbs.
• Own personal protective equipment: hard hat, safety vest, gloves, and safety boots.

Nice to Haves (But Not Required):

• Experience working on roofing projects or elevated spaces.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Tickets for Fall Protection, First Aid, and/or WHMIS.
• Living in Vancouver, Lower Mainland, or nearby.
