OVERVIEW

Vertex is currently accepting applications for one full-time, permanent Administrator to join our Blackfoot AB team, for January, 2025.

CANDADIATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of administrative experience required.
  • Fluency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • Previous accounting experience is considered an asset
  • Positive attitude and collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • Self driven individual.
  • Exceptional organization skill.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

  • Provide general administrative office duties and support to operations
  • Complete billing and client invoicing
  • Minutes for meetings
  • Perform time entry for payroll within set timelines
  • Assist accounting department with customer account reconciliations, tracking, and follow-ups
  • Inventory processing including POs and auditing monthly variances
  • Tracking fleet maintenance, equipment utilization, providing on-call dispatch update
  • Safety Matrix, uploading safety tickets
  • Development, coordination, and updating of the turnaround schedule
  • Booking hotels, booking safety training, orientations
  • Processing and administering quotes
  • Other duties as directed by your direct manager
