Are you looking for an exciting challenge in the field of innovation and digital transformation? As the maestro of "Sprint Innovation" and "Project Shaping" workshops for selected projects, your mission will be to dive into the world of clients to identify their current needs.

As a pre-sales architect at Vooban, you are the high-level solution engineer. Specifically, the client speaks with the salesperson to confirm that their project aligns with the scope of those that Vooban undertakes. Together with your pre-sales partner, you then take charge of the discovery phase and create concrete solutions through the "Sprint Innovation" and "Project Shaping" workshops for selected projects. Your goal: define the project plan and present a clear vision of the desired transition.

Tasks:

  • Gather requirements to understand the client's context, objectives, and challenges.
  • Participate in and lead "Innovation Sprint" and "Project Plan" workshops to identify the client's potential projects.
  • Define the "right first project" to ensure value is added for the client and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Build trust by establishing yourself as our expert in digital transformation.
  • Conduct the project feasibility study, supported by Vooban's domain experts.
  • Design and anticipate the solution that best fits the client and their context.
  • Present the project plan, showing what currently prevents the client from moving from their current situation to the desired state, while identifying how our expertise facilitates this transition.
  • Add value to the current process by prioritizing the development of a high-level solution and MVP.
  • Present the features of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), emphasizing its relevance in the end-to-end flow of the application.
  • Actively participate in writing specifications for grant applications related to the projects.
  • Lead conferences when needed, based on content prepared by the marketing team.

Requirements :

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in roles where you gathered client requirements for digital transformation and/or complex technology projects.
  • You are known for having strong client relationship skills, able to engage clients through your expert position and the impact of the solutions you propose.
  • You demonstrate a strong ability to quickly understand the challenges of different and complex business domains and provide solutions.
