At RMI, you'll find the perfect blend of mentorship, decision-making autonomy, and work variety to propel your career forward.Duties:• Plan and lead engagements• Overseeing a client list with greater independence• Mentorship and training of Junior Managers• Execute a client service plan on complex engagements• Identifying and mitigating business risks associated with projects• Interacting closely with the Partners in exceeding our client's expectations• Ability to multi-task and manage a demanding workload and multiple deadlines• Supervisory review of files as needed• Internal support for Jazzit, QAM, training, assurance and other matters• Assisting and working closely with the internal accounting director& & Qualifications:· 3+ years of experience as an accounting manager in public practice· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline·& Ability to manage multiple clients· Ability to multi-task and manage a demanding workload and multiple deadlines· Canadian Professional Accounting Designation (CPA)· Understanding of Quickbooks, Caseware, Jazzit, and other accounting software· Advanced communication and leadership skills for the mentorship of junior accounting managers
