Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer with 4-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js, along with experience in Salesforce development. Prior experience in the telecom industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development:

• Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Implement responsive design techniques to ensure optimal user experience across devices.
• Utilize JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for front-end development.
• Collaborate with designers to bring mockups and wireframes to life.

Salesforce Development:

• Customize and enhance Salesforce applications using Flows and APEX including batches.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integrate Salesforce with external web applications and services.

Backend Development:

• Develop server-side logic and APIs using Node.js.
• Work with databases, write complex SQL queries, and optimize database performance.
• Ensure the security and scalability of web applications.

Integration & APIs:

• Integrate web applications with third-party APIs and services.

• Work with web services (JSON, SOAP) for data exchange between systems.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Translate requirements into functional web applications and Salesforce configurations.

• Perform gap/fit analysis to align technical solutions with business needs.

• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

• • Utilize project management tools like Jira to track tasks, bugs, and project progress.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and Salesforce ecosystems.

• Adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and best practices in the industry.

Required Skills and Experience

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Experience with Node.js and server-side development.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (APEX, Flows).

• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning components.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

• Familiarity with databases and strong RDBMS knowledge.

• Ability to write complex SQL queries.

• • Experience with project management tools like Jira.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Salesforce DevOps or Azure DevOps).

Domain Experience:

• Prior experience in the telecom industry is highly desirable.

• Experience with CPQ, Experience, Commerce or Marketing cloud is a plus.
