As part of our growing team, we are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic maintenance department.Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Journeyman Electrician with at least 1 year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining electrical systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the overall electrical operations of our facility.   • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment within the facility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in machinery, equipment, and control systems.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve electrical systems and processes.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and work in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Respond to emergency electrical issues and provide troubleshooting expertise.
  • Document repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used.
Qualifications:
  • Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, motors, and controls.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems and other industrial automation controls.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
