Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate Assistant Food and Beverage Manager who will assist the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth, profitable, customer focused operation of a Wild Wing. This role is a blending of front line tactical responsibilities coupled with managerial duties. This role is well suited to an experienced customer focused industry professional who has completed or currently working toward achieving industry accreditation and is ready to progress to the next step.
Responsibilities:- Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of area of responsibility.
- Ensure closing procedures and nightly cash outs and reports are complete and accurate.
- Provide in house / on the floor team leadership ensuring sales growth and customer satisfaction
- With the assistance of the Food & Beverage and Sales & Marketing Managers, maximize sales by ensuring proper execution and delivery of restaurant promotions, banquets, birthday parties and other events.
- A minimum of 3+ years Food & Beverage experience
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Willing and able to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a combination of experience and education.
- Industry Accreditation preferred.
- Smart Serve (or equivalent) and / or Food Safety Certification preferred.
