Job DescriptionFLINT is seeking Machinists with line-boring experience for a permanent position in Fort McMurray starting ASAP. In this position, you will enjoy a Mon-Fri, 8-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in line boring.
- Experience running CNC machines.
- An ability for sizing up and measuring with pinpoint accuracy.
- Proficient in both conventional lathe and mill operations.
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada).
- Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
