Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound phone sales to set appointments and follow up with both potential and former clients.
- Re-engage clients who have previously canceled appointments to reschedule and meet with us.
- Connect with clients who have received a quote but are undecided, guiding them toward booking a meeting.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
- UNCAPPED Commission Structure: Earn commission for each scheduled appointment, with unlimited earning potential based on your performance!

- 4 weekdays per week (any 4 days): 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- One weekend shift per week (Saturday or Sunday): 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Minimum 3 years of experience in phone sales with a proven track record of success.
- Strong computer skills and comfort using various digital tools.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks at once.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently but thrives as part of a supportive team.
