As the largest single, non-government funder of child health in Canada, CCHF continues to receive generous support through donors within Childrens Miracle Network as well as contributions from additional companies and partners.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Specialist, Partner Success and Engagement is a key contributor to the organizations strategic priorities, supporting effective partner engagement, impact measurement, and seamless project management. This role is responsible for managing the execution of partner stewardship activities such as events and the creation of stewardship materials and impact resources to promote a consistent and inspiring partner experience. Additionally, the Specialist serves as the primary contact for impact and recognition data, leading the collection and consolidation of national and local data from Member Foundations to create insightful impact reports that enhance stewardship and business development efforts.

This role will entail a combination of office and work from home environments, with employees transitioning to working 2-3 days per week at our Toronto office. Occasional travel to fundraising activities and events, meetings, conferences, and training opportunities within Canada and USA will be required. Evening & weekend work may be required.

As a CCHF Employee, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with CCHF staff, Member Foundations, Childrens Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH), partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to gain buy-in in an environment of competing priorities

  • Act as a skilled problem solver that thrives in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and quickly respond to the needs of partners and/or stakeholders in well-thought out and workable solutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner Success and Engagement
    • Manage the elements and deliverables of the partner life cycle inspiring new partnerships, recognizing key milestones and celebrating achievements.
    • Collaborate on the execution of various partner stewardship activities and events
    • Assist in the creation of stewardship materials including infographics, social posts, presentations and one-pagers to support and cultivate relationships
    • Contribute to the development of a toolkit to enable consistent partner experience and inspire fundraising
    • Assist in the planning, updating and collection of inputs for partner project plans.
  • Impact Measurement, Stewardship and Reporting
    • Serve as the primary contact for all impact and partner recognition data-related inquiries
    • Document, review and recommend enhancements to simplify current data collection processes and enhance reports
    • Collect and consolidate national and local vetted statistics, as well as data from Member Foundations to support stewardship and business development activities. Ensure that required input is provided according to established timelines
    • Contribute to the creation of impact reports and stewardship activities through synthesizing of information and providing relevant examples and materials to support themes and outcomes
  • Project Management Support
    • Maintain Salesforce, SharePoint and Sandbox folders and documents
    • Assist on project management activities (e.g. creating and updating project documents and workplans, identifying issue and risk management, ensuring up-to-date timeline management, minute taking and meeting presentations)
    • Contribute to the development of annual plans and timely materials to support strategy execution
    • Collaborate on other projects, department or organizational activities as required
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree in Business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, community engagement, cause marketing, corporate social responsibility, reporting and/or employee giving
  • Corporate and donor/employee engagement management experience
  • Strong project management and creative problem-solving skills required
  • Experience with stewardship and stakeholder engagement programs
  • Experience synthesizing and storytelling with impact data and measurement
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and Canva
  • Expertise with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, ideally in a NFP
  • Ability to be adaptable and versatile in communication with a wide variety of stakeholders and audiences
