Duties and responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain Web Applications: Design, build, and enhance interactive, dynamic web applications using React and other modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and implementation of features.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are fast, responsive, and optimized for various devices and browsers.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in web development to improve workflows and processes.

Qualifications

• Required:
  • React Expertise: 2-4 years of hands-on experience with React and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Context API, React Router).
  • Web Development Fundamentals: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, including responsive design principles.
  • Version Control: Proficiency in Git and familiarity with collaborative workflows.
  • API Integration: Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues effectively.

• Preferred:

  • Familiarity with additional JavaScript frameworks or libraries (e.g., Next.js, Vue.js).
  • Experience with state management tools like Redux or Zustand.
