We have a great opportunity for a Financial Services Compliance Officer to join our team at our Crown Mazda dealership. We are one of the largest automotive groups in Manitoba, family owned and operated for over 38 years in the Winnipeg Market specializing in import brands. As a Finance Compliance Officer you will be responsible to support the Product Advisors and customers with the financial activities related to sales, lease buyouts, after market sales, rebates, factory incentives while also dealing with highly confidential information

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years Finance and insurance related experience
- Exceptional written and communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Experience with F&I in automotive industry an asset.
- Word, excel, and outlook proficiency.
- Flexible, adaptable, and ability to refocus based on the daily needs.
- Additional languages spoken considered an asset.

What you will do:
- Manage vehicle contracts once initiated by Product Advisor.
- Process finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
- Assist in delivery and pickup of sold vehicles.
- Assist in completing credit applications and contracts with clients ( as required)
- Prepare F&I menus for salespeople to present to customers.
- Assist with Product training with sales team as needed.
- Ensure that funding documents are fully completed and signed by customers, then sent to the relevant funding company for processing.
- Performs lien check on all trade-ins and confirms payout/lien amount with financial institution and confirms buyout terms. Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes etc. prior to forwarding to accounting.
- Ensure all trade-ins (keys/TOD/other necessary paperwork) are collected upon delivery, and all certified units are pre-certified.
- Completed deals to be scanned and submitted to Sales Manager within 24 hours of the car being delivered.
- Confirm that deposit has been received for sold vehicles.
- Assist with lease buyouts, aftermarket Sales, and other customer inquiries as needed over phone/email/in person.
- Ensure submission of rebates/factory incentives are sent and received in a timely manner.
- Ensure that Retail Delivery Registration (RDR) takes place for each vehicle sold.
- Uphold Crowns Power of 1 upfront pricing strategy.
- Maintain customer and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure.
- File remittances and update First Canadian log.
- Other duties as required by the management team.
