Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Data Analysis: Leverage advanced data analytics techniques to examine sales data, uncover trends, and identify key opportunities for process improvement and revenue generation.
- Reporting & Insights: Develop and present clear, data-driven reports and presentations for leadership, using insights to guide strategic decision-making and sales optimization.
- Collaborative Strategy Development: Partner with sales teams to provide actionable insights that improve sales strategies, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team effectiveness, client engagement, and overall business performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement strategies for continuous sales process enhancement based on data-driven insights and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in sales analytics or business intelligence is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and CRM software.
- Certifications: Relevant analytics certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional) are a plus.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Other Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex information effectively.
