JOB SUMMARY
Account Managers with Senators Sports & Entertainment are outbound account managers responsible for generating revenue through the sale of all ticketing and premium products (suites, season ticket packages and group sales) within the guidelines and standards determined by VP Ticket Sales & Service.
Reports to: VP Ticket Sales & Service.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the Ottawa Senators in a professional manner within the Gatineau and surrounding business communities.
- Responsible for the sale of season ticket packages, premium hospitality, and group/suite outings.
- Initiate high volume of outbound phone activity, establish working relationships, and drive prospecting through:
- Local businesses and associations
- Former season seat and suite clients
- Current customers (upgrade sales & referrals)
- Your professional network within the Ottawa-Gatineau community.
- Record all activity and sales pipeline details in the CRM system
- Provide fans and customers with outstanding service in a timely and efficient manner.
- Contribute to the sales team atmosphere in a positive manner by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all sales team members.
- Game night responsibilities include client hosting, networking, and attending sales kiosks to direct client inquiries.
- Participate and contribute to weekly sales team meetings and training sessions.
- Other duties as assigned by the VP Ticket Sales & Service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingualism is a requirement (English & French)
- Minimum two years of experience in an outbound prospecting and lead generation role
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets on an annual basis
- Ability to cross-functionally train across product line and business units.
- Experience in leading client diagnostic meetings and delivering client proposals to drive revenue.
- Driven by results and excelling in a competitive environment while also contributing to a team-based atmosphere.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
- Strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports
- Able and willing to work extended hours (nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Valid drivers license and access to your own transportation
- Knowledge of Sales Force, MS Office, LinkedIn, and other forms of digital media considered an asset.
- Knowledge and a contact base within the Ottawa-Gatineau business community is considered an asset.

Les gestionnaires de compte chez Senators Sports & Entertainment sont des gestionnaires de comptes de prospection qui ont la responsabilit de gnrer des revenus par la vente de tous les produits de billetterie et de prestige (loges, forfaits dabonnement de saison et ventes de groupe) conformment aux lignes directrices et aux normes fixes par le ou la vice-prsident(e), vente de billets et services.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITS
- Reprsenter les Snateurs dOttawa de manire professionnelle au sein du milieu des affaires de Gatineau et des environs.
- Responsable de la vente de forfaits d'abonnements de saison, des zones daccueil de prestige et des sorties de groupe/loges.
- Initier un volume lev dactivit tlphonique sortante, tablir des relations de travail et mener le dmarchage auprs des :
- Entreprises et associations locales
- Anciens clients abonns de saison et dtenteurs de loges
- Clients actuels (ventes de surclassement et rfrences)
- Votre propre rseau professionnel au sein de la communaut dOttawa-Gatineau.
- Enregistrer tous les dtails d'activits et de pipeline des ventes dans le systme CRM.
- Offrir aux partisans et aux clients un service exceptionnel en temps opportun et de manire efficace.
- Contribuer positivement lambiance au sein de lquipe des ventes en dveloppant des relations de travail mutuellement bnfiques avec tous les membres de lquipe des ventes.
- Les responsabilits les soirs des matchs comprennent notamment laccueil des clients, le rseautage et une prsence aux kiosques de vente pour coordonner les demandes dinformation des clients.
- Participer et contribuer aux runions hebdomadaires de lquipe des ventes et aux sances de formation.
- Autres tches affectes par le ou la vice-prsident(e), vente de billets et services.
COMPTENCES
- Le bilinguisme est requis (franais et anglais)
- Minimum de deux annes dexprience dans un rle de responsable de la prospection et de la gnration de revenus.
- Antcdents avrs de dpassement des objectifs de revenus sur une base annuelle.
- Capacit de sadapter de faon transversale toute la gamme de produits et d'units oprationnelles.
- Exprience pour mener des runions diagnostiques sur la clientle et livrer des propositions aux clients pour gnrer des revenus.
- Motiv par les rsultats et le dsir d'exceller dans un milieu comptitif tout en contribuant une ambiance fonde sur lesprit d'quipe.
- Excellentes comptences de communication et de prsentation (orales et crites).
- Solide thique de travail et dsir de btir une carrire dans le domaine du sport professionnel.
- Capacit et volont de faire de longues heures de travail (soirs, weekends et jours fris).
- Permis de conduire valide et accs votre propre mode de transport.
- La connaissance de Sales Force, MS Office, LinkedIn et dautres formes de mdias numriques sera considre comme un atou
- La connaissance et une base de contacts du milieu des affaires dOttawa-Gatineau seront considres comme un atout.
