We are hiring a Program Supervisor (RN) to support our growing team in Toronto. The Program Supervisor an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passionate for innovative care solution. Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Supervisor to join our team in Toronto, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our organization's programs, ensuring they meet our strategic goals and objectives.

  • Develop, implement, and manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Supervise and mentor a team of program coordinators and staff, providing guidance and support
  • Create and manage program budgets, monitoring expenses and allocating resources effectively
  • Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance program efficiency and outcomes
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on program performance to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and organizational policies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and community organizations
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program quality
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple programs and meeting objectives
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and mentoring staff
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in budget management and resource allocation
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and program management software
  • Knowledge of program development, implementation, and evaluation methodologies
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and best practices
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
