Compensation:$85,000 - $167,500 yearly
Responsibilities:- Generate leads for potential clients in the Mississauga area to expand the client base
- Participate in training sessions aimed at improving real estate knowledge and skills specific to the local market
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads until appointments are successfully scheduled with either a listing or buyer's agent
- Engage with homebuyers through regular phone calls and emails to establish connections and ensure brand recognition
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards achieving company objectives
- Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads in the Mississauga region and effectively convert them into new clients
- Use the CRM system diligently to keep customer information up-to-date for agents in the area
- Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with potential clients in Mississauga
