Role Overview - On-site (2920 Matheson Blvd E, Suite 201, Mississauga, Ontario, L4W 5R6)

The Project Manager will lead a multi-year program of work. You will lead a large multi-disciplinary team to meet the business objectives and expectations while maintaining alignment with Foodtastic corporate objectives and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the multi-year program for the successful execution of the Foodtastic Development Plan, encompassing planning, construction, and franchisee onboarding for new store openings, conversions, and closures.
  • Ensure the $100MM real estate, construction, and franchisee program is delivered on time, within budget, and includes effective risk assessment.
  • Oversee and coordinate with teams in construction, real estate, franchising, and brand leaders to provide regular progress updates on store developments.
  • Manage weekly project updates and forecast progress for the quarterly targets to maintain alignment with strategic goals.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong skills in organization, negotiation, and mathematics.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, capable of creating compelling presentations, charts, and economic proformas to track and communicate progress on quarterly and annual real estate projects.
