What you'll be doing:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings to meet reporting deadlines.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Assist in the development and improvement of financial processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Participate in audits and liaise with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively
