1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team! As part of the National Sales department, you will achieve a National Account Portfolio revenue target.
1-800-GOT-JUNK? is an exciting, fast-growing Junk removal franchise. We are part of O2E Brands. We're looking for an Account Manager to join our rockstar team to support on creating and executing revenue-driving activities and initiatives.
Starting January 2025, all team members in Vancouver and Toronto will be required to work in-office every other week, for three consecutive days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). To support business priorities, core hours of attendance will be mandatory from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on these days.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Manage a $5M+ portfolio of corporate & enterprise accounts across North America, with a focus on Retail, Waste, Property Management and Construction verticals.
- Repeat Business: Manage existing revenue streams within your portfolio through focused account management and strong contact relationships.
- Perform a high level of customer-focused sales activities, including virtual meetings, business reviews, business development calls, emails and social media outreach.
- Support and educate your customers on our service offerings and how to leverage.
- High communication between internal stakeholders to build and deliver custom nationwide Junk removal solutions.
- Manage and support large projects for your National Account customs.
- Lead Generation: Identify and create new business opportunities with different departments, or contacts, within your existing portfolio of accounts.
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to effectively drive existing and new contact relationships.
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to effectively drive existing and new Junk Removal solutions.
- Reconcile your portfolios Billing & Collections inquiries and issues.
- Travel is required within North America to facilitate in-person meetings, and market our services at National Conferences.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 5 years B2B Sales, Travel-based sales role
- College and or University level education required
- Experience with Salesforce
- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to travel freely within North America
- Demonstrated ability to drive new lead generation
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary $60,000 - $65,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity). Sales roles may be eligible for an annual sales bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
