We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Worker who is also trained in Traffic Control to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general construction tasks including demolition, site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.
• Assist in the assembly and installation of structural components such as formwork, concrete, and masonry.
• Set up and maintain traffic control zones to ensure the safety of workers and the public on job sites.
• Direct and guide vehicles and pedestrians around construction sites using appropriate signage, barriers, and safety measures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with the operation of construction machinery and power tools as required.
• Follow all project instructions and work alongside the team to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction work, with at least [1] years in the industry.
• Traffic control certification or relevant training is required (such as .. Traffic Control Person (TCP), Flagger Training, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to site safety procedures.
• Ability to work well as part of a team in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if needed.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
