We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join us.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting our marketing efforts through research, content creation, and campaign execution. This position requires a blend of creativity and organisational skills, along with a passion for marketing and brand development. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other promotional materials
- Monitor and analyse post-performance metrics and provide insights to improve future campaigns
- Support the organisation of events, webinars, and promotional activities
- Maintain and update marketing databases and customer lists
- Assist in managing the company's social media profiles and online presence
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in marketing, internships, or related fields is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software are preferred but not required
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mindset with a willingness to bring fresh ideas to the table
