JOB DESCRIPTION

The role of the Vent Estimator is to receive waveguide vent scopes and create quotations. The Vent Estimator will be the client-facing point of contact for all waveguide vent requests. This role is key at Raymond EMC as it ensures that our waveguide vent quotes have a dedicated resource, enabling quick turnaround times, allowing REMC to continue developing as a major supplier within the waveguide vent industry segment.

Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for waveguide vent requests, communicating with new and existing clients on scope of work.
• Translation of requirements and scope of work into vent type selection.
• Creation and submission of the vent quotation.
• Vent quotation revisions, as required.
• In collaboration with the Lead Estimator, evaluate costing accuracy and implement continuous improvement to processes and templates.
• Cross-training in RF Shielding Parts and Maintenance quotes.

Assets:

• 1-3 years experience in Estimating
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
• A degree/diploma in a technical field
