What You'll Be Doing:


As a Senior Department Sales Manager in the EFS department, you will play a pivotal role in training and developing our sales teams to drive success in a high-energy call center environment. You will be responsible for cultivating strong sales managers who are not only capable of achieving and surpassing sales targets but also adept at fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a motivated, results-driven team that consistently delivers outstanding performance.

In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner of EFS to help shape and execute the department's vision as determined by the executive team. This involves developing and implementing strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals and ensure that our sales processes are both efficient and effective. Your strategic thinking and hands-on approach will be critical in driving growth, optimizing sales techniques, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Furthermore, you will be tasked with identifying and addressing areas for improvement within the sales teams, ensuring that training programs are comprehensive and up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. By providing continuous feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities, you will help your team members reach their full potential and contribute significantly to the company's success.

In summary, your role as a Senior Department Sales Manager will encompass leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence, ensuring that our sales teams are well-equipped to meet the challenges of a competitive market and exceed performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor managers to achieve and excel targets.
  • Develop training programs and sales techniques to enhance team performance.
  • Create an exciting, high urgency sales floor the drives results by researching and developing new and creative sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to determine performance and identify areas for opportunity
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that is sales driven
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.
  • Acquire product line knowledge on all of Spring Financial's programs and educate clients on the best use of these programs.
  • Communicate with a variety of different departments both internally and externally.

What You Should Already Have:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or a combination of relevant experience.
