Reach My World is committed to development of creative approaches to motivate, train, encourage, and support users to share the Christian gospel.

THE PROJECT

Reach My World is building a subscription-based Evangelism platform to enable ordinary Christians to share one's faith.


THE POSITION

Envision and develop the content strategy that enables Reach My World to achieve its mission and goals.

  • Develops an organizational content strategy
  • Builds capacity to acquire content
    • Recruits, encourages, and manages a network of digital content developers and social influencers who are willing to support the mission of Reach Your World.
    • Acquire existing content from other sources
  • Builds capacity to produce content
    • Production of original content
    • Reformatting of acquired content
  • Builds capacity to review and approve content
    • Review for suitability, theology, usability, format, and other relevant criteria
  • Builds capacity to curate the content library
    • Identify varieties of digital content needed to support users
    • Maintain ongoing awareness of emerging content needs
    • Managing data coming from connections' profiles

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Must be a dedicated Christian and willing to sign a statement of faith
  • Willingness to sign a non-disclosure, non-compete agreement.
  • Four years of post-secondary education.
  • Capable of developing organizational strategies.
  • Ability to encourage independent content creators to support the Reach Your World mission.
  • Capacity to judge the theological suitability of content submissions.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
