Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth
Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution
Analyze client needs to recommend suitable life insurance products
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales pipelines

Experience/Qualifications
LLQP Licence is required
Experience in life insurance is preferred but not required
Good understanding of life insurance products and market trends is an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent skills in strategic planning and consistently achieving targets
Ability to work effectively in a high-visibility, results-oriented environment
Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
