PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOROur client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. If you have experience in high-volume payroll, hold your PCP certification (or are working towards it), and are able to manage payroll processes independently while also being a valuable team player, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes on a biweekly basis
- Keep payroll records current and accurate, addressing discrepancies promptly
- Provide prompt and clear responses to employee payroll inquiries
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure proper recording of payroll transactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a high-volume setting
- Proficiency in PCP and other payroll software
- Strong communication skills, able to interact effectively with both employees and management
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team environment
