Are you a versatile professional with a passion for the automotive industry? Cochrane Toyota is seeking a Service and Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. Roles and Responsibilities

Service Development Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound service inquiries via phone, email, and internet leads professionally and efficiently.
  • Schedule service appointments, optimizing shop load and efficiency.
  • Conduct outbound calls for service reminders, customer follow-ups, and campaigns.
  • Provide knowledgeable and credible information to customers regarding service needs and appointments.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to manage their expectations throughout the service process.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns.

Sales Development Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and internet leads professionally and efficiently.
  • Qualify sales leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain the customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
  • Assist with online sales campaigns and initiatives to drive traffic and generate leads.
Qualifications:
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership, preferably in a service BDC or sales BDC setting.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive service and sales processes and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license required.
