Key ResponsibilitiesManage residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.
Prepare and review legal documents required for real estate closings.
Follow lender instructions to process mortgage-related documents accurately.
Communicate with clients, lawyers, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth closings.
Use Unity conveyancing software to manage files efficiently (training provided if needed).
Navigate Alberta's Land Titles system to complete registration processes.
Work collaboratively with team members in a supportive, professional environment.
Experience in real estate conveyancing or real estate law is an asset but not required.
Familiarity with Unity conveyancing software and Alberta's Land Titles system is helpful but not essential—we'll train the right candidate.
Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and stakeholder interactions effectively.
A willingness to learn and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment.
