While prior experience in real estate conveyancing is an asset, we are prepared to train a motivated and detail-oriented candidate eager to learn and grow in this role.

• Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.

• Prepare and review legal documents required for real estate closings.

• Follow lender instructions to process mortgage-related documents accurately.

• Communicate with clients, lawyers, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth closings.

• Use Unity conveyancing software to manage files efficiently (training provided if needed).

• Navigate Alberta's Land Titles system to complete registration processes.

• Work collaboratively with team members in a supportive, professional environment.

• Experience in real estate conveyancing or real estate law is an asset but not required.

• Familiarity with Unity conveyancing software and Alberta's Land Titles system is helpful but not essential—we'll train the right candidate.

• Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and stakeholder interactions effectively.

• A willingness to learn and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment.
