As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will provide pivotal support for day-to-day sales, marketing, and engagement activities within our Calgary region housing operations. Reporting to the Director, Sales as a core member of our Homes by Dream team, you will also integrate into Dream's existing Western Canadian and Corporate marketing teams, supporting the Marketing Manager, Housing in the execution of high-level programs and strategies in alignment with our brand, standards, and values.

What you will do?
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role:
- You have no problem tackling the coordination, production, and distribution of marketing materials/initiatives as required.
- You are strong at building relationships and can serve as the liaison with many external vendors and internal departments (construction, sales, marketing, land, income properties).
- You are keen to work closely with your sales teams and marketing colleagues on all signage to ensure it is, up to date and on brand, properly placed, and coordinated with all external and internal stakeholders.
- You will assist in the execution of showhome launches, ensure maintenance and upkeep of all in-centre displays and materials, manage interior selections samples, and roll out price and inventory updates.
- Plan and execute a wide range of engagements, including industry shows, showhome activations, realtor events, and sponsorships as required.
- Take responsibility for adhering to approved budgets for Calgary housing, closely monitoring actual sales and marketing spends, and support with reforecasting as necessary to ensure effective financial control and resource allocation.
- Coordinate sales advertising in alignment with brand strategies, ensuring showhome teams are continually supported with a pipeline of ongoing in-person and digital opportunities.
- Manage and provide support for various customer relationship tools and dashboards, including SalesForce, AVID Ratings, and other sales and marketing reporting.
- Attend and actively participate in sales and marketing activities and meetings and serve as a key member of a cross-regional team.
- You are excited to contribute to the social media content calendar and go ‘boots on the ground' within your communities.
- You're mindful and diligent to always ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- You may need to help out with other fun and exciting projects as required.
What type of experience do you have?

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, project management, and experience event planning would be an asset.
- We ask that you have a college diploma or university degree in related field (Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Event Management, Public Relations or Communications)
- Previous experience in real estate marketing or supporting a dynamic sales team is considered an asset.
- Strong computer application skills with proven proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Strong verbal and written business communication skills.
- We expect you to be proactive and have creative problem-solving skills.
- Are social media savvy!
- Own and operate your own vehicle to travel to various show homes and communities.
- Possess a full, clean driver's license.
