Your Role
As a Co-op Student, you will support various aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to on-site execution. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in project coordination, scheduling, and documentation
- Supporting site managers in overseeing daily construction activities
- Conducting safety checks and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
- Participating in pre-construction meetings, contract reviews, and team planning sessions
- Assisting with quality control and ensuring adherence to project specifications
- Learning to work with consultants and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related Co-op Program.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, software, or techniques is an asset, but not required.
