Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator is a professional who completes administrative duties for the human resources department of an organization. They assist HR managers with Onboarding, maintaining employee records, aid with payroll processing, and provide administrative support to all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by performing employment background checks and issuing employment Offer of Employment
  • Administering or assisting with the new hire process.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Proactive in fast-pace and evolving environment
  • Creating and coordinating internal and external communications to support HR initiatives:
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Managing internal event organization and coordination, including recreational events and training activities
  • Support other assigned functions.
  • Assist with Benefits and 401K
  • Input New Hires and changes in the UKG system
  • Verifying HR files to ensure all documents are on file

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience on a human resources team
  • Ability to handle sensitive and complex confidential information
  • Bachelor of Human Resources Management Degree
  • Building Relationships with Operations Business Partners
  • Partner with Leadership on HR procedures and Processes i.e., New Hires, Terminations, Personnel Changes
  • Exposure and understanding to federal, state, and local laws regulating employee relations
  • Effective HR administration skills, developing and training of programs, HR programs, and HR Policies, Process and Procedures
  • Exposure to payroll practices.
  • Detail Oriented and Organization Skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet set deadlines
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent Follow-up and Follow-Through skills
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional computer skills with the strong capability in HRIS UGK, MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) communication tools - emails.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Pay Range -- $60,000 - 90,000
