About the Opportunity: MGR Workforce is partnering with the City of Toronto to provide critical support for city facilities during a potential labor disruption. We're seeking skilled and reliable Building Operators to maintain safe and operationally ready facilities, including Toronto Police Services (TPS) locations. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in building maintenance, HVAC, and BAS systems who can work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate building system operations, including HVAC, electrical, and BAS.
- Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed and documented.
- Collaborate with on-site staff and trades professionals to address maintenance needs.
- Conduct building walkthroughs, resolve tenant concerns, and escalate significant issues.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Experience coordinating building systems and facility operations.
- Familiarity with BAS, HVAC systems, and building maintenance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Flexible availability for 24/7 operations and on-call duties.
- Valid government-issued photo ID with a current address required for background checks.
