The Responsibilities of the Brand Representative:

- Identifying customer needs and preferences to recommend the best product or service solutions.
- Acting as a primary contact for addressing potential customers' questions and concerns.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to enhance brand strategies and sales approaches.
- Following internal processes to accurately track and log all activities within CRM platforms like Salesforce.com.
- Giving your best effort daily to achieve exceptional performance and master your responsibilities.

Brand Representative Requirements:
- Experience in sales, customer service, customer acquisition, or marketing is preferred.
- Educational background in marketing, communication, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and branding concepts.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Full-time availability.
- Willingness to travel to our office daily as required.
- Willingness to meet with the clientele in-person outside of the office environment (we provide transport there and back).
