If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for welding, we want to hear from you!Job Description: As a Stick Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks using the Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) process. You will work with various materials and metals, ensuring all welds meet required specifications and quality standards. You will work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and industry safety standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Weld using the Stick (SMAW) process on steel, aluminum, and other materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Set up and maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Inspect workpieces for defects and ensure high-quality welds.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Stick Welder (minimum [2] years preferred).
• Certification in Stick Welding (e.g., AWS D1.1 or equivalent) is a plus but NOT required
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Safety-conscious and ability to follow safety procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to [40] lbs.
• Comfortable working in various positions, including standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work in outdoor and indoor environments, sometimes in challenging weather conditions.
