Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Produce visually engaging graphics and videos for both digital and print media using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
Copywriting and Content Planning: Develop compelling content for our insurance blogs and social media posts, ensuring a consistent voice and message across all channels.
Social Media Management: Oversee daily operations on various social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analytics.
Website Content Management: Update website content regularly to keep it fresh and relevant for our audience.
CRM Management: Manage and monitor lead interactions within HubSpot CRM to ensure effective engagement and follow-up.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is ideal but not required.
At least three years of marketing experience, preferably within insurance brokerages or other B2B environments.
Proficiency in CRM software, especially HubSpot, Vertafore SIG, Pathway.
Strong skills in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience in managing business social media accounts and using content management systems.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets is advantageous.
Knowledge of the Canadian insurance and surety industry is highly beneficial.
Understanding of paid media strategy for Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn is a plus.
