Job Duties:
- Generate and send invoices to customers
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices before dispatch
- Manage and process incoming payments from customers
- Track invoice dates and payment terms to ensure timely collection
- Send reminders and statements to clients regarding overdue payments
- Review invoices from vendors and suppliers for accuracy and completeness
- Manage and process outgoing payments to suppliers and vendors
- Prepare financial reports
- Maintain financial records
- Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems
- Perform general office duties
- Communication with suppliers, vendors, clients and internal teams

Qualifications:
- Either a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent accounts payable and receivable experience
- Requires proficiency in accounting software, including:
- Sage Accounting Software
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Internet
