Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, or social gatherings.
- Venue Management: Help with venue selection, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that event spaces are prepared according to specifications.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors, including catering, audiovisual teams, and decorators, to confirm details and timelines.
- On-site Event Support: Provide support during events by handling registration, managing schedules, overseeing event flow, and addressing any guest concerns.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare and maintain event-related documentation, including contracts, schedules, and inventory lists.
- Event Promotion: Assist in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as required.
