Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person, ensuring all interactions are professional and courteous.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and concerns by identifying problems, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues related to orders or returns.
- Documentation: Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
