We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join our growing organization for an immediate start. This is a remote position based in North America. You will be working with internet, software, and disruptive consumer companies to execute mergers, acquisitions, and financing assignments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance with a 3.5 GPA or above.
• At six months to two years experience in investment banking, management consulting, or Big 4 transactions services (must have already completed your degree and graduated.)
• Previous M&A or past internship experience is a plus.
• Financial modeling experience in Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Self-driven and detail-oriented with a passion for finance and e-commerce.
