About this role

We are recruiting for an Administrator, Procore to join our Burnaby or Victoria office. Here's how your role will strengthen our team.

This position Serves as the Super User and subject matter expert for Houle's Project Management Software, Procore.


Your responsibilities

  • Set up and configure the Procore software platform to align with the organization's specific needs, project types, and workflows, including creating custom fields, templates, and project settings.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees with technical software questions or issues over the phone or email, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Train new users and provide ongoing support, including demonstrating platform's features, best practices, and helping users become proficient in using the platform.
  • Engage directly with Procore support to troubleshoot issues or coordinate with internal IT to resolve complex issues.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and roles within platform, including adding new users, removing inactive accounts, and ensuring appropriate access levels.
  • Maintain data integrity, backups, and archiving in Procore to keep track of project data, documents, and historical information.

Your experience and skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative and technical support role
  • Familiar with various software application programs and platforms
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ability to learn new computer systems
  • Resourceful and problem-solving aptitude
  • Self-motivated with a team oriented and patient approach to interacting with others
  • Understanding of project management life cycle is an asset
  • Prior experience using Procore or other project management software, a definitive asset
  • Work experience in the construction, electrical and/or technology industry an asset

Salary range: $50,000-$70,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will be commensurate with experience, skills and overall match to the position offered. Let's chat throughout the hiring process and determine the best fit.
