The Opportunity: As a Service Coordinator, you'll be the face of Woola, working directly with our clients and technicians to deliver exceptional service and ensure smooth operations. You'll coordinate service appointments, manage schedules, and field client questions and requests. What You'll Tackle:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answering calls, emails, and service inquiries with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Schedule service appointments, coordinate with Field Technicians, and communicate timelines to clients.
  • Support the Field Service team with administrative tasks, such as invoicing, work order tracking, and follow-up communications.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service calls, and resolutions within our internal systems.
  • Work closely with the Woola team to ensure a seamless experience from the initial request through to job completion.
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and handle customer issues with grace and confidence.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with scheduling software and customer management systems.
  • Team Spirit: A collaborative, team-centered mindset with a passion for service excellence.
